6th Annual Veterans Appreciation Festival and Freedom Ride 2019
Honor our Veterans
This is a “two” part event to Honor our Veterans:
♥ Enjoy an afternoon full of live music, food Kids Zone, Bounce Houses and various vendors at the Capon Bridge VFD Grounds.
FREEDOM RIDE
♥ The Freedom Ride has 3 stops:
Stop 1 Romney Cycles, Romney, WV – Registration begins at 8:30 am; Kickstands up at 10:00 am
Stop 2 Tri-County Honda & Yamaha, Petersburg, WV – Registration begins at 10:00 am, Kickstands up at 11:45 am
Stop 3 Capon Valley VFD Grounds Pavilion, Wardensville, WV – Lunch, Registration begins at 12:30 pm, Kickstands up at 2:30 pm
Stop 4 / Finish Capon Bridge VFD Grounds, Capon Bridge, WV to join in with the festivities and celebration.
Veterans Appreciation Festival
The VETERANS APPRECIATION FESTIVAL will be at the Capon Bridge VFD grounds behind the station
Opening at 12 noon till 6 pm.
This Festival is open to the public for the entire community. FREE admission .. FREE parking .. FREE kids zone .. FREE bounce houses.
Bring your lawn chair(s) and enjoy an afternoon full of live music, food, bounce houses, our kids zone and various vendors until 6:00 pm.
We also have a live auction.
NOTE:
August 25th, 2020. We got the green light to go head with our Freedom Ride and Veterans Appreciation Day Saturday September 12th, 2020. Please come out and help us Honor our Veterans and Active Military and their families.
Proceeds to benefit Hampshire County Veterans Foundation.
