Yoga in the Gallery
Max 8 participants per class. All levels welcome.
The class will be held indoors in the café (masks optional)
Bring your own mat, and yoga props to assist during the class.
This is an all-level practice meant to help the body and mind wind down at the end of the day with moderately paced, mostly gentle movement, deep yogic (diaphragmatic) breathing, and relaxation. The class is open to individuals with any previous experience with yoga, including brand new practitioners, but will be best suited to those who are physically comfortable with movement that incorporates sitting on the floor, standing, and supine (on the back) positions. The instructor will offer variation and modifications throughout the class so that all who attend are able to access the movement comfortably.
